Cardillo '16 Earns Spot on GNAC All-Conference Team

Ariana Cardillo '16 earned end-of-season recognition from the Great Northeast Athletic Conference (GNAC) with First Team All-Conference honors.
Cardillo has achieved All-Conference status in each of her four seasons at Emmanuel, including three First Team awards. The senior captain led a defensive group that posted 11 shutouts this season, along with a 0.87 goals against average. She also added an assist against MIT early in the year.
Cardillo's college career comes to an end after 80 games played in a Saints uniform. She finishes tied for seventh all-time in games played and eighth all-time in games started (69). The three-time team MVP will graduate in the spring with degrees in chemistry and Spanish.
Emmanuel College women's soccer finished the year as the GNAC runner-up after posting an 11-8-3 overall record and an 8-2-1 record in GNAC play.
Founded in 1995, the GNAC is comprised of 12 NCAA Division III Institutions, priding itself on the philosophy of Community, Integrity and Sportsmanship.
