Emmanuel College Announces Spring 2025 Dean's List
In recognition of their outstanding academic achievement, Emmanuel College has named more than 850 students to the Dean's List for the Spring 2025 semester. To earn a spot on the Dean's List, Emmanuel students must achieve a grade point average of 3.5 or higher for a 16-credit semester.

Emmanuel Inducts 10 to Criminal Justice Honor Society
Emmanuel College recently inducted 10 students into Pi Epsilon Zeta, a local chapter of the Alpha Phi Sigma Honor Society. Alpha Phi Sigma is the only Criminal Justice Honor Society, is a certified member of the Association of College Honor Societies, and is affiliated with the Academy of Criminal Justice Sciences. The goals of Alpha Phi Sigma are to honor and promote academic excellence, community service, educational leadership, and unity. Applicants must rank within the top 35% of their class and have a cumulative GPA of at least 3.2.

Emmanuel College Inducts 19 Students into Sigma Beta Delta Honor Society
Emmanuel College recently inducted 19 students into Sigma Beta Delta, an International Honor Society for Business, Management, and Administration. Membership in Sigma Beta Delta is the highest national recognition a business student can receive at a college or university with a Sigma Beta Delta chapter. To be eligible for membership, a business student must rank in the top 20 percent of the junior, senior or graduate class and be invited to membership by the faculty officers.

The Emmanuel College School of Humanities and Social Sciences recently recognized three students through the annual First Year Writing Prize event. Submissions for the writing prize are drawn from the "Introduction to Academic Writing" course, which helps first-year students sharpen their academic writing and research skills.
